Our town home is located in Gulf Highlands Beach Resort, which is located on Hutchison Blvd. GHBR is a very family oriented resort, with 11 pools (5 of which are heated in the winter), Shuffleboard, 18-hole Putt Putt Golf Course, and Tennis Courts. The resort has 24/7 security. The private Beach Club has a grill/snack bar where you can purchase drinks, pizza, burgers, layout on the lounge chairs, or go for a swim…and it is right on the beach. The beach is a very short walk from the town home, across the street and through the gates, down the boardwalk and you are on the beach. The beautiful white sandy beaches of Panama City do not compare to anywhere else. Your feet will hit the sand and instant relaxation and fun will kick in!
The town home can easily sleep 6. We have a queen bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the 2nd room, and a pull out couch in the living room. There is ½ bath in the living room, and full bath upstairs. The home comes with a fully furnished kitchen. We also provide the linens, towels, wash cloths, and paper products. The only thing you will need to bring is you and your family, food, and beach towels…and come ready to have the time of your life! You will also have 2 reserved private parking spaces.
The resort is a short distance to many of the attractions and stores in Panama City Beach. We are located behind the Shoppes at Edgewater, with a private gate to walk to Rock-It Lanes (bowling, pool tables, skating rink, arcade game room, snack bar & sports bar), with several shops and restaurants. We are also in walking distance to several restaurants, stores, and bars. We are a short distance from Pier Park, Gulf World, Zoo World, and Ripley’s Believe It or Not.

We require a $150 security deposit to confirm the reservation, which is due at time of booking. This deposit WILL go toward the remainder of the balance. The remainder of the balance must be paid 10 days prior to stay. Cancellation within 10 days of reservation will result in forfeiting deposit.
*Rates do not include $75 cleaning fee or 12.5% tax.
**Rates for holiday weeks or Spring Break will be slightly higher.
***MUST be 25 years old to rent. No exceptions.

December - March….$400/week or $950/month (Monthly rates include taxes and utilities; Winter months only- $500 security deposit must be paid at time of booking to hold reservation.)
